- Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome each customer with a smile, a warm greeting, and a complimentary bottle of water
- Engage customers while they remain in their vehicles to identify the reason for their visit and qualify their service needs
- Communicate a clear understanding of shop services, educating customers in a positive, approachable way that enhances their experience
- Safely guide vehicles into service bays with clear direction and attention to detail
- Perform basic services including checking and adjusting tire air pressure
- washing customer windshields
- gathering basic customer information (name, contact, vehicle details)
- conducting a brief visual review of the vehicle’s current condition
- set up and operate oil evaluator machines to assist in service recommendations
- Proactively greet approaching vehicles to draw them into open service bays and encourage same-visit service
- Maintain shop presentation by ensuring water for customers is stocked and cold
- windshield washing buckets are filled with clean water and solution
- general cleanliness and readiness of the customer-facing areas
- support the service team with additional shop duties as needed
