Job Requirements

- previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- welcome each customer with a smile a warm greeting and a complimentary bottle of water
- engage customers while they remain in their vehicles to identify the reason for their visit and qualify their service needs
- communicate a clear understanding of shop services educating customers in a positive approachable way that enhances their experience
- safely guide vehicles into service bays with clear direction and attention to detail
- check and adjust tire air pressure
- wash customer windshields
- gather basic customer information such as name contact vehicle details
- conduct a brief visual review of the vehicle’s current condition
- set up and operate oil evaluator machines to assist in service recommendations
- proactively greet approaching vehicles to draw them into open service bays and encourage same-visit service
- maintain water for customers stocked and cold
- ensure windshield washing buckets are filled with clean water and solution
- maintain general cleanliness and readiness of the customer-facing areas
- support the service team with additional shop duties as needed
