Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
- willingness to learn automotive service procedures
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome each customer with a smile, a warm greeting, and a complimentary bottle of water
- engage customers while they remain in their vehicles to identify the reason for their visit and qualify their service needs
- communicate a clear understanding of shop services, educating customers in a positive, approachable way
- safely guide vehicles into service bays with clear direction and attention to detail
- check and adjust tire air pressure
- wash customer windshields
- gather basic customer information including name, contact, and vehicle details
- conduct a brief visual review of the vehicle’s current condition
- set up and operate oil evaluator machines to assist in service recommendations
- proactively greet approaching vehicles to draw them into open service bays and encourage same-visit service
- ensure water for customers is stocked and cold
- fill windshield washing buckets with clean water and solution
- maintain general cleanliness and readiness of customer-facing areas
- support the service team with additional shop duties as needed
