Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be at least sixteen years old
ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies
customer service experience preferred
physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting and standing
willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
ability to work in a public retail store setting

Job Qualifications

retail and/or customer service experience preferred
ability to remain standing for long periods
ability to move throughout the store
ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
positive and respectful demeanor

Job Duties

help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
assist with omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
