Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures

- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste management or similar physical labor positions is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Possess a smartphone for communication and job responsibilities
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Perform part-time work, 2-3 hours per evening
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
