Job Requirements
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- smartphone ownership
- pick-up truck required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in waste collection or related field a plus
- ability to work independently and reliably
- good physical condition to manage lifting requirements
- basic smartphone proficiency for communication and route management
- strong attention to safety and detail
- good interpersonal skills for teamwork environment
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- work 5 nights a week
- start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM -11:00 PM
- lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- maintain independence while performing tasks
- participate in paid training
