Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- a smart phone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in waste management or similar outdoor roles is an advantage but not required
- ability to work independently and reliably
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities
- transfer trash to on-site trash compactor
- work five nights per week
- start shifts at 8:00 PM and complete work by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- operate independently while following company policies and safety procedures
- maintain physical fitness while working outdoors
- participate in paid training
