Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Basic ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possession of a smartphone
- Willingness to work night shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working independently or in a physical job is an advantage
- Good physical condition able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle availability
- Ability to use a smartphone for work-related communication
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Work part time, 2-3 hours per evening
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas
