Job Requirements
- a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- possession of a smartphone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- ability to operate a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- basic knowledge of safety protocols in waste management
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- good physical stamina and fitness
Job Duties
- collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected waste to the trash compactor onsite
- work five nights a week starting at 8:00 PM
- complete shifts between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- maintain physical fitness while working outdoors
- operate independently during assigned shifts
