- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test

- Own a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Previous experience in waste management or similar roles is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Possess a smartphone for communication and job-related tasks
- Good physical condition to handle active work
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected trash and recycling to the onsite trash compactor
- Work five nights per week, Sunday to Thursday
- Start shifts at 8:00 PM and finish between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Work independently in an active evening outdoor setting
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain physical fitness through regular handling of materials
