Job Requirements
- Ownership of a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
- possession of a smartphone
- willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in waste management or related physical labor preferred
- ability to operate and maneuver a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- familiarity with safety protocols
- good communication skills
- dependable and self-motivated
- ability to work independently without close supervision
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities
- transfer waste to the onsite trash compactor
- perform work during evening hours starting at 8:00 PM
- complete shifts within 2-3 hours
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- work independently and efficiently
- maintain physical fitness by lifting and transporting materials
