Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- smartphone for job communication and coordination
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in waste collection or similar physical outdoor roles is advantageous
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- reliable communication skills using a smartphone
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities
- transfer collected waste to onsite trash compactors
- work independently during evening shifts
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
- maintain physical fitness to lift and transport waste up to 50 lbs
- complete shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 or 11:00 PM
- participate in paid training sessions
