Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or custodial work helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good physical health and stamina
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job-related communication
- Strong commitment to safety practices
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer trash to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start shift at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Perform duties independently in an outdoor setting
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain physical stamina to carry and move trash bags
