Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- a smart phone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in waste management or similar physical labor jobs is an advantage
- ability to work independently and reliably
- strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- good communication skills
- physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- work 5 nights a week
- start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM -11:00 PM
- part time, 2-3 hours per evening
- follow safety procedures and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
