Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- Possession of a smartphone
- Availability for part-time evening hours beginning at 8:00 PM
- Physical fitness to work outdoors and perform manual labor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waste management or sanitation services preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and reliably during evening hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Possession of reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and reporting
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while performing duties
- Work independently during scheduled evening hours
- Maintain physical stamina to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Communicate effectively as needed with residents or management
- Complete assigned routes efficiently and within the scheduled time frame
- Participate in paid training to ensure a thorough understanding of job responsibilities
