Job Requirements

Reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
Possession of a smartphone
Availability for part-time evening hours beginning at 8:00 PM
Physical fitness to work outdoors and perform manual labor

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in waste management or sanitation services preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and reliably during evening hours
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor tasks
Possession of reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and reporting

Job Duties

Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while performing duties
Work independently during scheduled evening hours
Maintain physical stamina to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
Communicate effectively as needed with residents or management
Complete assigned routes efficiently and within the scheduled time frame
Participate in paid training to ensure a thorough understanding of job responsibilities
