Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- A smart phone for communication and coordination
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or similar physical work is beneficial
- Ability to operate a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication and independent work skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week, Sunday through Thursday
- Start work at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Operate a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van during waste collection
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
