Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- ownership of a smart phone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in waste management or similar roles is an advantage but not required
- ability to work independently
- strong commitment to safety and reliability
- basic smartphone proficiency for communication and reporting
- physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- work 5 nights a week starting at 8:00 PM and finishing by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards while handling waste
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
- operate independently in an active outdoor environment
- report any issues or incidents promptly to management
