Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
- possession of a smartphone
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
- good physical condition for outdoor work
Job Qualifications
- Excellent physical health and stamina
- ability to work independently without supervision
- good time management skills
- basic knowledge of waste handling and recycling procedures
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- prior experience in waste management or similar roles is a plus
- possession of a valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- work independently during evening shifts
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- maintain physical fitness through active outdoor work
- complete shifts typically from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM
- participate in paid training and opportunities for advancement
