Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone for job-related communication
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience with waste collection or similar physical labor preferred
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and tracking

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication skills and punctuality
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week during scheduled evening hours
- Start shifts at 8:00 PM and complete work by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Operate independently and adhere to company safety procedures
- Maintain physical fitness by handling up to 50 lbs of weight
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to management
