Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- a smart phone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in waste collection or similar physical outdoor role preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- familiarity with safety procedures
- good time management skills
- ability to work independently
- possession of a smartphone
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- work 5 nights a week Sunday through Thursday
- start shifts at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- maintain safety and follow company policies
- work independently with minimal supervision
- stay physically active while performing duties
