Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste collection or related field is beneficial
- Ability to operate a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van safely
- Competency in using a smartphone for communication
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week from Sunday to Thursday
- Start work at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Work independently in an active setting
- Stay physically fit by performing manual waste collection tasks
