Job Requirements
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or a similar physical labor role beneficial
- Ability to operate a smartphone proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition for lifting and walking
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer trash and recyclables to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week, Sunday through Thursday
- Start shifts at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Work independently in an active outdoor setting
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain communication through a smartphone during shifts
