Job Requirements
- Must have a pick-up truck
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in waste management or similar field is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and following protocols
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and active work
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and reporting
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start at 7:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Part time, 2-3 hours per evening
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members as needed
