Job Requirements
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in waste management or related outdoor physical work preferred
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work five nights a week starting at 8:00 PM
- Complete shifts between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Operate personal pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van to assist with tasks
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain physical fitness while working outdoors
