Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 8 PM
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ownership of a smartphone
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waste management or similar roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong physical stamina to perform lifting and prolonged walking
- Familiarity with use of smartphones for communication
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Good time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities
- Transfer collected trash to the onsite compactor
- Work 5 nights a week from Sunday to Thursday
- Start shifts at 8:00 PM and complete work by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Perform duties independently in an active outdoor setting
- Maintain physical activity by lifting and transporting trash bags
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
