Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of hotel policies and guest service procedures
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism during overnight hours
Job Duties
- Perform front desk related functions including guest check-in and check-out
- Promote sales related programs to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Audit and balance previous day’s receipts and run reports
- Assist with breakfast setup, food preparation, service, and cleaning
- Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
- Work independently during the night shift while providing exceptional guest service
