Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience is required preferably in hotel or related field
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work various shifts per week
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously over telephone and in person
- Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs) occasionally lifting luggage up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate Briad systems and software
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience preferred in hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Accounting background preferred
- Ability to compile facts and figures
- Proficient in operating Briad systems and software
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to lift moderate weight up to 20 lbs and occasionally luggage up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Work the desk during overnight hours
- Demonstrate welcoming hospitality to overnight check-ins
- Perform night audit functions
- Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Ensure hotel accounting is processed correctly and accurately recorded
- Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations
- Provide rooms management with clear performance data
- Run the night audit final after all revenue is balanced
- Perform other duties as assigned
