Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying
- Live within 25 miles of Eugene, OR
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to start shifts at 6:00 A.M
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez's DSD merchandising steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez's guidelines
- Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez's management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
