Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursement
Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull items over 50 lbs
Live within 25 miles of College Station, TX or secondary locations including Brenham and La Grange, TX
Availability to work early morning shifts starting at 5 am on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday totaling approximately 15 hours per week

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to manage time effectively
Basic technology proficiency for order placement and reporting

Job Duties

Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits following Mondelez merchandising steps and capture pictures of displays
Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to maintain stock levels
Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure sales plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow daily schedules to ensure efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez
