Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Provide proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursed
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including repetitive lifting and bending
- Live within 25 miles of Auburn, AL with availability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Availability to follow daily schedules and meet merchandising needs
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Ability to use digital tools such as tablets for order writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD merchandising steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines
- Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive, and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
