Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a personal vehicle for store visits
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic proficiency in using tablet devices for order writing
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of primary location
- Schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of guidelines
- Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
