Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Availability Monday, Thursday, and Sunday with early start times
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Live within 25 miles of Wichita Falls, TX
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez' management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
