Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement
Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
Live within 25 miles of Longview, TX
Schedule availability for five days per week including one weekend day starting at 7 am for approximately 20 hours per week

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines
Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez's management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
