Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid REAL ID driver license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- ability to drive personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- ability to perform physical labor including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- live within 25-mile radius of primary or secondary location
- open availability including weekends and holidays
- willing to represent Mondelez professionally in store environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- valid REAL ID driver license, U.S. passport or federal ID for access to military base
- live within 25 miles of Lancaster, CA or Palmdale, CA
- open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- order products via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- maintain and stock Nabisco leading brands according to guidelines
- ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues
- follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
- demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez
