Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursed
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
- Live within 25 miles of Tyler, TX or secondary locations Jacksonville, TX and Palestine, TX
- Able to work five days per week including one weekend day, starting by 7 am, 25 hours per week
Job Qualifications

- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use work-related applications on a personal device
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
- Residency within 25 miles of Tyler, TX or secondary locations Jacksonville, TX
- Palestine, TX
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelez's DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Communicate any issues with Mondelez's management team and ensure sales representative’s plans with store managers are followed
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
