Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID for federal facility access
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to download and use work-related apps
- Capability to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
- Live within 25 miles of Augusta, GA
- Available to work 2 to 3 weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday
- Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use mobile applications for work-related tasks

Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelez management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, display promotions, and support new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelez in store
