Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Live within 25 miles of primary location in Vero Beach, FL, or secondary locations in Fort Pierce, FL and Sebastian, FL
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle for store visits
- Ability to use work-related applications on a personal device
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez's DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained through adherence to guidelines
- Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with management
- Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores
