Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle for store visits
- Availability on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet for work applications
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying
- Live within 25 miles of Grand Rapids, MI area
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and independent work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Proficiency in downloading and using work-related applications on personal devices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz's DSD merchandising steps including taking pictures of displays
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well stocked and maintained according to guidelines
- Communicate issues and ensure sales representative plans with store managers are followed
- Follow daily schedules set by merchandising managers for efficient service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in stores
