Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices
- Physically able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Live within 25 miles of Amarillo, TX
- Availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday or Sunday starting by 6 am for 15-20 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or grocery merchandising experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with mobile device applications for work-related tasks
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing photos of displays
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure sales plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maximize in-store service efficiency
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and support new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores
