Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Ability to perform physically demanding activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of Chattanooga, TN
- Available to work 2 to 3 weekdays plus Sunday

Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelez' guidelines
- Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with management team
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
