Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver2s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs
- Positive and professional attitude
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) starting at 8:00 AM

- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of Joliet or Plainfield, IL
Job Duties
- Represent Mondel2z in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits according to company merchandising steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well stocked and maintained following company guidelines
- Verify that negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing the company in-store
