Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- have a valid driver’s license
- be able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- possess positive and professional attitude
- be self-motivated and able to work independently
- have ability to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- able to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- live within 25 miles of Santa Maria, CA or Lompoc, CA
- schedule availability with open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
- previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- live within 25 miles of primary or secondary location
Job Duties
- represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD merchandising steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
- ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management team
- follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
