Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Provide proof of valid auto insurance
Have a positive and professional attitude
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement
Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
Ability to perform repetitive physical work including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Live within 25 miles of Baton Rouge, LA
Availability to work weekends and weekdays as needed starting at 7 am

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
Ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude
Valid driver's license and proof of valid auto insurance
Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Experience with mobile applications and technology
Good communication and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez's DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of guidelines
Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store
