Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid driver’s license
- possess a positive and professional attitude
- be self-motivated and able to work independently
- have ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursement
- ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
- have physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
- live within 25 miles of primary location in Worcester, MA
- be available to work a varied schedule including one weekend day
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or grocery experience preferred
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use mobile applications on a personal device
- valid driver’s license
- positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- build and maintain strong relationships with store employees and sales representatives
- stock shelves with Mondelez products according to company guidelines
- change or maintain product displays including seasonal and promotional arrangements
- carry out in-store visits following Mondelez merchandising steps and capture display photos
- ensure negotiated sales plans with store managers are implemented
- communicate any issues or feedback to Mondelez management team
- follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient store coverage
