Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required
High school diploma or GED required or ability to complete GED within 6 months
Standard computer and technology skills needed
Customer service background preferred
Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
Must be able to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
Willing to participate in pre-employment drug screen and background investigation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Secure entrances and exits
Conduct patrols inside and outside the client premises in various weather conditions
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
Protect evidence or scenes of incidents in the event of accidents, emergencies, or investigations
Set up barriers or signage and provide direction or information to others
Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites
