Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a vehicle with insurance complying with company requirements
- Must own a smartphone for work purposes
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Must be well-organized and self-directed with a team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a vehicle and insurance per company requirements
- Must own a smartphone for work-related use
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping services for buildings including turn cleaning of vacant units
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairways, landings, entryways, and laundry rooms
- Vacuum, dust baseboards, wash walls, mop floors
- Clean glass entry doors, windows, windowsills, and extinguisher cases
- Dispose of garbage and debris from common areas promptly
- Clean washers and dryers especially under lids and behind appliances
- Wipe mailboxes, remove papers taped to walls, and attend other obvious cleaning needs in common areas and restrooms
