Job Requirements
- graduation from high school
- two years experience in a customer service position
- strong computer skills
- ability to maintain CPR/AED certification
- ability to repetitively lift and move up to 25 lbs
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- ability to offer support to administrative support staff with ever-changing needs
- ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, residents, guests, volunteers and contractors
- exceptional organization and tracking skills
- strong conflict resolution skills
- ability to multi-task efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- provide direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs by providing the highest quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors and vendors
- open or close the clubhouse as the shift requires
- follow daily shift duty documents and complete required checklists
- communicate any urgent issues to the GM, assistant community manager or lifestyle director
- administer membership programs in accordance with board-approved policies including guest sign-ins, waivers, age qualifications and owner contact information
- assist with room set up and take down for scheduled uses
- periodically walk the amenity center and adjacent amenities to identify unregistered guests, observe room capacities and assist members and guests
- maintain cleanliness by straightening, picking up trash and wiping down equipment
- enforce board-approved rules and regulations for clubhouse and amenities use
- log in/out and distribute activity equipment and ensure proper return
- complete incident reports as necessary
- partner with administrative and lifestyle teams to manage front reception area and inbound calls
- greet homeowners/visitors and determine their needs
- filter inbound calls to direct appropriately
- check and respond to front desk emails
- alert team members of issues promptly
- keep lifestyle and fitness schedules up-to-date and accurate
- monitor daily lifestyle event schedules and relay concerns
- assist lifestyle director with event management and preparing contact lists
- update website calendars and member activity boards
- coordinate maintenance issues with facilities manager
- refer inquiries to appropriate resources
- monitor pickups/deliveries
- assist with library maintenance
- support events as requested
- perform other duties as assigned
