Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school
- Two years experience in a customer service position
- Experience working for a community association or recreation center preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain CPR/AED certification
- Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to offer support to administrative support staff with ever-changing needs
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, residents, guests, volunteers and contractors
- Exceptional organization and tracking skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs by offering high-quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors and vendors
- Open or close the Clubhouse as required by shift
- Follow daily shift duties and complete required checklists while communicating urgent issues to management
- Administer membership programs in accordance with board policies including guest sign-ins and age qualification forms
- Assist with room set up and take down for scheduled events
- Conduct hourly amenity center walks to identify unauthorized guests, observe room capacities and assist members
- Maintain cleanliness by straightening, picking up trash and wiping down equipment
- Enforce clubhouse and amenity rules and regulations
- Log and manage activity equipment ensuring proper return and condition
- Complete incident reports as needed
- Partner with Administrative and Lifestyle teams to manage front desk operations and support events
- Greet homeowners and visitors and manage inbound call routing
- Update and monitor lifestyle and fitness schedules and communicate concerns
- Assist with event management tasks including contact lists and activity tracking
- Maintain communication tools such as website calendars and member boards
- Coordinate maintenance requests with Facilities Manager
- Support general administrative duties and event activities as assigned
