Job Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience
- prior experience in a medical or behavioral health setting preferred
- strong customer service skills
- familiarity with EMR systems

Job Duties
- Greet clients with professionalism and warmth
- answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails
- schedule and confirm appointments
- manage patient check-in and check-out
- collect co-pays and ensure accurate billing information
- assist with preparation for Spravato treatments including room setup and post-treatment observation support
- take vital signs and document relevant clinical information
- assist with client flow and communication with providers
- provide general support for patients in weight management and medication administration visits
- maintain a clean, welcoming, and stocked office environment
- track and order clinic supplies and medication inventory as directed
- assist with scanning, filing, and updating EMR records
- provide support to clinical and administrative teams as needed
