Job Requirements

  • Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience
  • prior experience in a medical or behavioral health setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth
  • answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails
  • schedule and confirm appointments
  • manage patient check-in and check-out
  • collect co-pays and ensure accurate billing information
  • assist with preparation for Spravato treatments including room setup and post-treatment observation support
  • take vital signs and document relevant clinical information
  • assist with client flow and communication with providers
  • provide general support for patients in weight management and medication administration visits
  • maintain a clean, welcoming, and stocked office environment
  • track and order clinic supplies and medication inventory as directed
  • assist with scanning, filing, and updating EMR records
  • provide support to clinical and administrative teams as needed
