- Ability to operate meat processing tools and equipment

Job Duties
- Make lasting connections with customers
- Prepare meat and seafood products including beef, fish, chicken, and potentially pork
- Fill and rotate cases and displays with products
- Follow daily cutting lists and complete tasks within allotted time
- Demonstrate proficiency in sawing, boning, cutting, trimming, and grinding techniques
- Maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an excellent department
